Cube arrived popped and zero help from customer service.

Wide range of Products and great collaboration with YouTuber. The only thing that bothers me are the long shipping times for people that don't live in the US, but otherwise would highly recommend.

I thought this would be the best website to order cubes, but it took a pretty darn long time for mine to arrive (I live in europe and it took roughly 3 weeks). On top of that, the box my order came in was more or less slammed onto the ground without much hesitation. The cube itself is exactly what I ordered, so I can't complain there, but everything else just isn't as good as I thought it would be. I would call this false advertising, as they claim that they are very proffessional which isn't really the case here.
